Charcoal grilled Hanamidori chicken from Miyazaki.Grilling it over charcoal keeps the skin crispy and the inside juicy.

These pickled vegetables are made from the owner's specially made rice bran bed.

This professional-grade rolled omelet is made with Japanese-style stock extracted from Rausu kelp from Hokkaido, and is something you could never replicate at home.

Japanese style spring rolls filled with bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms and vermicelli.Adding plum paste makes it refreshing to eat.
